Blueberry Maple Jam

Servings 2 Pints


  • 6 Cups Blueberries
  • 2 Cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest finely grated


  1. Rinse berries well and place in a large heavy-bottomed pot and crush slightly.

  2. Pour Maple Syrup over the berries.

  3. Heat over medium high until syrup boils and berries begin to ‘pop’. 

  4. Funnel into hot, sterilized jars; wipe the rims clean, adjust lids and rings.

  5. Process for 15 minutes in a hot water bath.
